Welcome to our new website! The world of communications and technology has considerably changed in the past few years. An update on the way we communicate to the world is not only very welcome, but necessary.

This applies especially for a global organization such as WFO. We have members all over the world and therefore we certainly have a lot to benefit from the power of online technology.

Besides… 2017 was the year of our 70th Anniversary! That is why we took the initiative to build a brand new online platform! And I am very proud to announce that we are taking our Communications to the next level!

Here, in our new website, you will notice a brand new design, clearer, modern, focused on what really matters. Everything is easier to find and with the integration of our social media, we are closer than ever! Another very important aspect is that 75% of global internet browsing will be mobile in 2017, that is why we used the latest techonolgy to make the website optimized for tablets and smartphones.

And this is just the beginning! There is a lot more… so feel free to take a tour yourself and check what’s new. We truly hope you enjoy it!

Dr. Deisi Kusztra
President of WFO

On September 25th, 2015, the countries adopted a set of global goals to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure prosperity for all as part of a new sustainable development agenda. Each goal has specific targets to be achieved over the next 15 years.

For the goals to be reached, everyone needs to do their part: governments, the private sector, civil society and people like you.
